PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Responsible for serving customers quickly, courteously and efficiently, while maintaining
company standards and policies regarding cash handling, sanitation, safety and the
serving of alcoholic beverages.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Following established procedures, prepare stand for opening by preparing hot dogs,
popcorn and other food items; setting up candy displays, filling soda towers with ice,
checking coffee machines, etc. Also set all non-food items, such as cups, napkins
and forks.

2. Clean all equipment and counters prior to each use. Clean and set up condiment
counters with napkins, ketchup, mustard, onions and relish.

3. Serve customers, filling orders, ringing up sales on register, receiving payment and
making change. Suggests larger portions and additional items in a friendly and
courteous manner.

4. Ensure that the stand is maintained in a constant state of cleanliness, cleaning all
areas as needed.

5. Follow directions of the Stand Manager and Assistant Stand Manager to ensure that
the stand is running efficiently, that proper procedures are being followed particularly
in inventory and cash handling, and that regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic
beverages and hours of sale are being observed.
